We’ve begun sourcing award-winning coffee beans grown in the highlands of northern Thailand, working directly with hill tribe farms that grow organically, handpick the ripest cherries, and use innovative drying and roasting techniques to bring out unique flavors and effects.

In our latest journey to the mountains of Chiang Mai, we visited farms with over 10,000 coffee trees, learning from the locals how they grow, sort, and roast coffee with love and wisdom passed down for generations. The result? Beans with floral, fruity, or chocolate notes—each cup carrying a piece of the land’s essence.
